Yes, we do sell many sizes of 4" filters, and we also have 1" filters available. 4" sizes include - 24x25x4", 20x25x4", and 16x25x4". Current Price on a 4" filter is $35.00 ea. Sometimes a furnace will have that unique size of furnace filter that you just can’t find in stores. We can order in for you from our distributors.

We do keep many service parts in stock for our service technicians, that we can provide, if you are comfortable making repairs yourself. We can also order in from the distributor parts that you may need. It may also be better for you to just schedule a service call and have one of our experienced techs make the repairs to your system.
How much is your service fee?

Our service rate, also called a diagnostic fee. It is what we charge to have a professional come to your home or business and figure out what the problem is with the furnace or A/C. The service rate is based upon the travel time it takes to get to the site. See a breakdown of our Coverage Area. The local diagnostic fee is currently $69 for us to come and check what is wrong. For extended coverage areas, the fee is increased.

Yes! We offer free estimates on new systems and installations. We also offer estimates on new construction, basement finishes and running natural gas lines in a home. For replacement of equipment a lot of times we can even do a rough estimate over the phone if you don't have the time to schedule an in-home estimate.

Yes. Our metal shop is available to help you with any sheet metal needs you may have. If you need metal for a special project, or you have purchased some metal that you need cut or bent a certain way, just drop by. Our shop guys will be happy to assist. Shop hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.

We take all common forms of payment. Our Service technicians have been set up with credit card payment capabilities on location. In most cases with service calls, payment is due on completion of work where check or credit card is preferred.

Water heaters are usually a plumbing issue. Our focus is Heating and Cooling comfort systems, so we do not service water heaters. We can recommend a plumber if you would like.

Yes, our work comes with a 1-year labor warranty on any all replacement work that has been performed. A 5-year warranty is provided on new equipment from most manufacturers and 10-year warranty when products are registered online.
How often should I check my furnace filter?
How often should I check my furnace filter?
If you have the regular 1" filter you should check it every month. A pleated 1" filter should last up to 3 months, but you should check it every other month to be safe. If you have updated your system and half a 4" cabinet, you need to check it quarterly. 4" filters should last you 6 months or longer usually.

This depends on many factors, including the space you have available in your home or office, and the size of your existing ventilation system. A Professional Heating service technician will be able to provide you with information on your sizing and what comfort system would best suit your business or home.
When should I have my equipment serviced?
When should I have my equipment serviced?
A good rule of thumb is to have you're a/c serviced in the spring (before it gets too hot) and to have your furnace tuned-up in the fall (you guessed it, before it gets too cold). Individual tune-ups are $99 dollars for an individual system, but there are savings if you prepay for both services, or have multiple systems in your home.

Yes. We can accept credit/debit card payments over the phone. If you are local, you can also swing by the shop to make your payment.
